i think it could be pretty awfull for the peloton if they were all using discs, imagine if there was a side on gust and the rider on the side of the road is is caught off guard and drifts in, towards the peloton, causing a crash?

I think most manufacturers are going for 140mm or 160mm rotors for road bikes, not Buell-style 340mm rotors which would fill up most of the hole in the middle of a Zipp 404 :-)
