Seem to be completely stuck around the 72/73 mark an increased effort to not eat any crap doesn't seem to have restarted a general reduction in weight, I think in going to add more high intensity work to my training regime in the hope that it sheds some extra weight as after cycling 100 miles on Saturday and running 10 on Sunday as well as watching what I eat all week I'm exactly the same weight!
