    None, I assumed that as nothing was said it would be fine structurally, I don't mind the odd scratch but a dent is a bit much

    Were the photos deliberately misleading or intentionally obscure the defect and condition?
    Photos were from a distance with a lot of other items so it could be perceived as that

    If there were no photos or they weren't adequate, why didn't you ask for more?
    Inadequate- didn't think it was necessary

    If the stem was noticeably cheaper than the market price you would expect for a stem in good condition, why did you think that was?
    Poor pricing, what I paid was actually only a fiver less thanks what most would expect to pay second hand

    Does the price you paid reflect the condition of the stem?
    Not really no

    On what grounds would you seek a refund?
    That the item wasn't as sold
