It will take as low as 23c but you could also use this as a cyclocross rim.
Would assume at least a 35c.

Yeah, 36h on Arches should hold my 109kg and don't flex heh.

I have 20 spoke wheels on my road bike and I do actually hop potholes etc. instead of going round them all the time (not claiming this is big or clever), and I weigh 65kg, and they're fine. I've also crashed it a lot. Still fine.

I have 3 spokes in my tool box. One is bent, but I've not had true any of my bikes wheels. Still fine, no flex, so holes.

Mavic Ksyrium/Aksium?
I have Ksyrium Equipes and they're hard as nails. Not one true required in 2 years of LA riding over fire roads and all sorts. -

The the brake hole was useless, the brake was not even wearing the brake band.
Track mystery forks.
The lug is for road normally http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pTJcJcrcs4g/TeV0cjswLwI/AAAAAAAAQTo/B7VQ1SidJmg/s1600/tom%2B6.jpg

Edit... Ahaa now realise that was not your fork - but you were illustrating a point....

Nice. NJS Export?
although there is one, same colour and size on njs, found this one on the 'bay...a bit of haggling and she was mine.
surely to be a contentious build though, as I am not going down the njs route...more of an aesthetics build planned

wearing a 32c RiBMo on the back now and also a Thomson layback, still not 100% set on tyres. saddles gonna go too. set up in 48x19 fun gear for now, which feels a little odd with layback and bullhorns. will either change to 50 or 52x 19 or just chuck on some risers

The hubs and paint are class
I would go up to 28:24 with normal spoke pattern to be safe for 70kg rider.
