Need an opinion people, i bought a stem from someone on the forum, it was a bargain and i thought i was getting a good deal, i paid with paypal and it was then posted.
Turned up just now and it has a dent in it (it's a steel quill) and is in rough condition with scratches, this wasn't mentioned in the listing, the listing was essentially "steel quill - £price"
Would i be wrong to want my money back and the cost of postage return? i reckon a fuss would be kicked up with the latter bit, i have a paypal protection so the first bit should definitely be possible
