I'm not commuting...this is 30-40 mile weekend ride in cold & wet.
Wish I'd not bought Hardshell now having worn it 3 or 4 times.
It's annoying and sweaty.
That's why I now want something to protect against rain...so hence race cape / rain jacket
I'm edging towards race cape
