I imported mine from Alexs Cycles in Japan. Had to pay a small import charge IIRC.

They're about £88 on there at the minute. I actually paid ¥12,890 and ¥1,500 (Currently about £8 or £9) shipping for mine, but at a time when the Yen was stronger. So about £90 to £100 possibly with duty.

Yeah, it's more condition specific. Might be faster still on the road though as it's optimised for wider tyres, and you don't need to be Scoble to understand the benefits of those.
