You need to keep it real dry. Then it lasts a while.

Gives me massive water retention though. Used to take it each morning With an extra dose for weight days. Then every now and again I'd piss several kilos of water out in one go.

The bag has been sealed so it should be grand. Might be good if someone checks on me in the morning, just in case.

I've never had a problem with water retention. I drink that much shit free coffee at work that I'm away from my desk nearly hourly
