Do you know if this would be about the use of ketones as a supplement for fat loss etc.. or getting riders to become "fat adapted" by periods of low carbing, so they can keep going after they bonk?
fwiw exogenous ketones have only been shown to have an effect in the lab, with extremely high cell concentrations that are not really possible in real life.
