I'm a convert, I doubt the NJSBeater will ever get an aluminium quill again. I've got a number of 3TTT Pro Chrome stems and the 3TTT Chromix pictured above. They're lighter than their aluminium counterparts and personally I think they look better so it's a win win situation.

Do you happen to have a Pro Chrome 110mm you wanna sell or swap for mint condition 100mm?
