try and make sure that you have put down enough food before you go to bed and then get a water gun and spray her if she comes and wakes you up.
The other thing I have noticed is that if I breathe really deeply, as if I am asleep, my cat doesn't come and wake me up. He'll come into the bedroom and walk out again. He only seems to come and disturb me if he thinks I am awake.
And don't get up, you make a rod for your own back if you do. My cat used to come in every 2 hours and wake me up, he is a lot better now.
A vet once told me to treat a cat like a recalcitrant child. This is sound advice.

She can if she wanted to, either sleep peacefully on my bed or nap on my chair to wait for me to wake up at sensible time, like 6 - 6:30am... but nah, she is just a fucking cat.
