Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

i'm not suggesting shared responsibility doesn't exist, i do however take issue with people that presume it is a defensible position.

Have you ever had one of those confrontations where you think: What the fuck is your problem? Why are you so angry? Could it be that this prejudiced behaviour is based on previous experience with someone that to the average brain dead idiot looks like you? i.e. moves with a victorian contraption?
