  • Now then. Starting Monday I'm going for a ride every day for 7 days. Wednesday I'm going with Kat and you're not invited. Apart from that every morning from Monday 24 to Sunday 30, I'll be going for a ride and glad of company.

    Leaving before 9am and definitely getting home before lunch so no Brighton, Herne Bay kind of distances. Think 40 mile loops into Kent or Surrey, or other days laps of Richmond Park (not weekend!). Or I'll happily tag along on someone else's plans as long as I'm home by lunchtime.

    If you're looking to train close to threshold, one-gel-per-hour, keep looking! I reckon these will be <18mph on the flat.
