Dangeek, as spotter said, it handles incredibly well. I've ridden with two full panniers and it hardly affects the steering. Visit Skinny's touring current project, he toured fully loaded on a Croix De Fer and rated it's handling in very high regards. Almost fully loaded actually. But almost all of the weight was on the front IIRC.
