Is that lever position sorted on Spotter's Genesis? They look like they're mounted too low.

Its 50% perspective in that image and 50% that the bars had slipped down a little bit, as soon as I rotated them up it was fixed. I'll do a quick image dump:

JB how does it handle with front panniers? Is there a big difference to it unloaded?

I know mine is a higher rack but its the same frame, it handles very well. I did 65 miles the other weekend like this:

The weight was barely noticable
