I've had a great solid Winters training.
Now Im fecked.
Just signed up for Premium TrainingPeaks for the start of the season, and it seems to be telling me I've peaked and died.
Have to say the sharp and constant fall of the TSB line describes my feelings exactly.
I probably need to lighten my bike.
