Alright team - My Sidi's are great, but they are just a little tight and after 170km yesterday I find myself looking for a better fit. I know Northwaves are pretty wide, how to Giro and Specialised size up in comparison to Sidis?
I've got wide, flat feet, but not quite wide enough for wide-fit shoes. I have some Mega Dominators and they're slightly too high-volume...
Tempted by either the Factors or the S-Works Road. It's annoying because I ride in Speedplays, and my current Sidi's are Speedplay specific, but comfort trumps stack height...
Also, annoyingly, my feet have a variation in size which is quite noticeable after a lot of riding. I'll have to pass it by Scherrit, who did a lot of work to get my insoles right, but does the hivemind think that custom moulded insoles will be useful in accommodating that difference?
