  • I ran 20 miles yesterday, I have more friction burns to add to the collection now.

    I'd planned a loop beginning/ending at my house but thanks to getting lost somewhere in the middle I reached 20 still a couple of miles from home, and couldn't summon the strength to run any further (also I didn't think it would be a good idea). Although it wasn't far it was an awkward route with 2 buses, and I messed up the connection so it took me over an hour to get home. Next time I do this I'm having a support car.

    Also, next time I do this I might eat something afterwards - a bowl of Special K and a packet of mints didn't really cut it and I'm so freaking hungry today.
