Is there room for another? I had been talking about doing an audax that day ... but this sounds much more fun. I vote canals, though. No canals = no ducks.

as the second person to ask this: there's no limit, please just add your name to the end of this list.... however... I would prefer /not/ to have more than 8-9 people on the fast group and only those who will be able to keep the pace and take turns for the distance. I say this rather selfishly as I'm using this to train for the tour of wessex.
