The main true thing there ^ is "almost the same thing".
What I really can't understand is how someone would spend a huge amount of money on second hand wheels with rare collectable hubs, file axles on them, then sell them, and couldn't buy Formula hubs to do the same butchery on them. It's almost a same thing.
