Spotter bars are apparently only a little bit heavier according to claimed weights, but they felt a fair bit heavier to me. Also the curve on the Piega bars is a bit smoother, so they feel a lot more comfortable in the drops to me. That could also be because my Spotter bars are too wide.
44cm pair, for sale soon...

what about mounting the levers on them. that very first picture in this thread is my ideal lever bar stem alignment,
is that possible with the dedas?

ill get my order for two pairs in.
on the creditcard....i do prefer the form of the dedas to the spottahs, i kept hitting my wrists on the drops.

Civia Emerson's
Anyone stock them in the UK or even the EU?

Yesterday I sent an email to Wiggle so that they could confirm the shape of the 40cm version and they've checked the stock and apparently they have anatomic shape. :(

^they will say that at first, read grunt's post on this page

The guy has told me that he was going to check the stock so that he could confirm it. He hasn't said nothing at first.

Aren't they 42cm?

I just bought some 42cm for a different bike after buying the 40cm first.
Definitely just buy them and see, it's cheap and there's not really anything to lose by sending them back if they're wrong, I don't think you even pay postage if you do the pickup point thing.

A huge Thanks to all of you who ordered the Piegas and reported back with the shape. Now I finally know which bars I'm going to get. This thread has been really helpful!
I think the newer deda piega have 75mm reach so 10mm less than the bontragers. Other than that I'm not too sure of the difference.
