Um, E numbers are a standard across Europe. That's kind of the point. You can also find detailed product breakdowns for these on many English language websites. Failing that, you could ask the help of those of us on this thread who speak and read German.
As it is, there's nothing in the labelling to specify the source of the additives, so you would either have to trust in their own statements that it's all 100% vegan or check with the Vegan Society.
