I just couldn't get the mudguards on with 30mm tires and the Ultegra front mech (which hangs really far back towards the tire). I think it will need thinner tires and the mudguards bending around the mech.
Also, bought the 250mm seatpost and it is about 5mm below the minimum insertion point so I prolly needed the 330mm. Balls.
I'm pretty happy I guess, it just needs some tweaking.
