I'm willing to try that as I already make cashew nut cream. Have you tried anything yourself?

3 parts cashews, soaked for 30 minutes 1 part pine nuts, soaked for 30 minutes 1 part water 1/2 part lemon juice Salt to taste
Blend.
Parmesan substitute
1 part cashews or brazil nuts 1 part pine nuts Salt Onion powder (optional) Nutritional yeast (optional)
Blend dry.
Cheeze sauce for (e.g.) raw cauliflower cheese
8 ounces tahini 2 tsp tamari 4 tbsp water 4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
Yeast flakes generally give a cheesy flavour.
