Actually, why not post here... can anyone point me to a good vegan recipe that I can cook the day before serving to 10 people?
Ideally a reasonably mild curry, but would consider pretty much anything that bubbles away in a big pot. Last time I did a coconut, aubergine and bean curry. Something similar maybe, but not the same. I'll probably do daal as a side dish so main not too daaly.

Looks a bit like green / brownish daal, tastes very different though.
