Google "Streampost SL01 slipping" there are multiple tales of woe and squeaking; design was changed on 2012 bikes onwards.

Fix appears to be carbon paste and shimming with some thin plastic stickers like mobile screen protectors

Could maybe shim by wrapping the post with electrical tape
