Sorry to hear you had to sit through that. Look for the hugely positive motivations in turning vegetarian/vegan, too, not just the scary, disgusting shit involved in making animal products. I've read a good deal about the latter but I've never watched the gross videos or spent a lot of time looking at pictures of animal abuse (and I have no desire to).
