Cheers for your input there, valuable to know that if I just spray, it'll rust. Should I sand down these areas to a raw surface, apply primer then top coat. Would you happen to have any recommendations what primer, top coat spray I should look for?
I am not expecting a top job to blend in professionally, just to balance the white on the bb and top tube area.

Hey all
I've been converting my Raleigh panasonic into a single speed (white grip tape and brake sets to come). I love my current frame as it is and don't want to strip it down and do it all over.
The previous owner obviously sprayed the bottom bracket area and the Seat/top tube area black. I Brillo pad the black paint a bit off today and it revealed the raw frame. I covered most of the seat tube with a supreme sticker cause the black paint job was unflattering.
I wonder if I just touch up these areas with a white Spray.Bike brand rattle can or do I have to apply putty, primer then white spray paint?

Rookie here bought some Bankrupt front calliper brake-set for my old Raleigh Panasonic (single speed conversion) and they don't fit properly. Such as the reach for the brake pad is visibly further than the rims etc.
So clearly, I need some clarity/help on what sort of front brake set I should be looking out for in order for me to set up my bike.
I had a drop down brake set but it was disposed off a while ago now looking for a simple two finger lever front set up.
