Here is non drive side using 113mm bottom bracket

Having a little problem with bottom bracket and cranks I have about 1mm clearance drive side and 5mm on the non drive side with 140 cranks but every thing fine with 130's any advice

So I brought this Shorther Rochford Pista frame a couple of mouths ago and final have the funds to build it up here what I have so far.
