It does look good - sorry for slow reply - it's been a bit manic this week.
We've now got the unfolding disaster of import tax from Europe however, so that would stick 20% VAT plus the arbitrary duty and other surcharges that they're also levying. My son just went though this nightmare with some guitar parts..

I don’t know a great deal about the history of this frame. I found mine in a little bike shop in Vienna and couldn’t resist. I’ve got a right old collection of steel bikes from the 80s to 2000s. This is one of my favourites.

For what it's worth to anyone reading this, I have one of these frames and it really is something special to ride.
