Looks a bit like a Diamond Back Axis TT frame - they had the same top tube routing - tho I think they used a seat clamp...
BTW on colour match- have you tried cleaning / rebuffing the frame with a green scouring pad?

Insane bargain - esp with the wheels and the PM.
(I had a similar issue on my CAAD10 with the headset - I thought I had ovalised the bearing cup but it was simply because I didn't have enough microspacers under the headset cover and it was touching the top of the headtube stopping the preload. Worth a try.)

for cold days i really rate castelli spettacolo gloves which i wear with v thin altura merino liners - v warm but still relatively dextrous - and the zip makes them super easy to get on and off, esp with liners, so no swearing by the side of a cold damp road somewhere while you struggle to get your gloves on again...
