I use osmand on a pixel with quadlock. For a day ride airplane mode is not needed.
Osmand can record the track, show the poi offline and calculate a route also offline.
To me it's top !

I'm currently running marathon almotion 700x42. Good rolling on the road, rather confortable and durable.
I had wtb resolute which I found very good albeit not so durable.
I saw the 700x44 rene herse but seems a bit high price wise ...
What are the hive mind recommandations around 700x42 ?

The bafang install is very fresh hence the adaptation phase.
For now 44x16 but I just bought a 104 bcd to adapt some of my narrow wide ring.
Will probably evolve in 38x16.

You're right I have the wrong one (oem2) and a monkey bone. Until now it was working good so never minded and the wheel is shared with another bike which need oem2.

The rohloff need to be blocked by a screw. I can't move it further back.
Loose a link maybe but I fear not to reach the blocking screw anymore.
It's a very temporary solution anyway.

Mmmh I may have misread the specs. The ks lev have an insert measure between 240mm and 250mm (https://kssuspension.com/products/dropper-seat-posts/lev/).
I tought this is the minimal insert !!

Too short I'm afraid. I need 300mm between my collar and the saddle rails. I coudn't find a post long enough with a coherent minimal insert. Except the thomson one.

The best de-googled experience on android is with grapheneos. But it's officialy supported only on Pixel's.
