Well I thought it is about time I built my Pearson fixie up again.
I don't have the old crankset and I don't know much about crank brands who make square taper cranksets.
So, can anyone recommend a decent crankset to go for pkease? I don't want to spend a fortune but I don't want garbage, so looking for opinions from this parish please.
The BB shell is modern i presume because the frame is only about 10 years old, so a British 68mm I guess.
Thank you peeps.

Hi.
I have this 56cm (Large) Genesis Vagabond F&F in yellow that I bought new in 2019. I built it up thinking I was to become a bikepacking legend. Suprise, surprise, that didn't happen.
It has only been ridden once before I took the components back off to use on another project.
So it is in really good condition, some marks from being built up, you know around bolt holes and the like but certainly no dings or scratches or nastiness.
I am asking £175 but this will need collecting from Kent, Ramsgate or Faversham. I do get up to Essex (Redbridge way) from time to time so a meetup is not out of the question I guess.

I need some input from those more in the know than me please.
I fancy updating my faithful Pearson SS to a disc brake frame, something like a Wolverine or a Straggler, something I can run SS but then adapt later to other duties if required.
Can anyone give me any other suitable frame recommendations maybe? Thx.

I wonder if anyone else has had this.
Just bought a couple of WTB Byway tyres, basically the same as the Horizon but with a smidge of shoulder tread. First WTB tyres I have used but have plenty of experience with road and MTB tubeless.
I fitted them and put the requisite amount of Stans sealaant in, pumped them up and noticed that there were loads of little spots of sealant all around the side wall of the tyres.
So I gave them a good shake around, span them, all the normal stuff and left them overnight.
Next morning, both flat. So I put some more sealant in, pumped back up but still lots of new pimples of sealant appeared.
Anyone else had this with WTB tyres. Sure these will get sent back etc. but I don't want to get more if this is common, although it seems hard to beleive that a manufacturer like WTB would have this problem a lot.
