I converted it to be a dual purpose bike. It now has 2 wheelsets, one with low volume tires for CX and one with large volume tires for mountain biking. I also upgraded the derailleur to SRAM X.O as well as matching grip shifters. New cassette, chain and chainrings.
I raced it a couple times and it's tough to keep up on the trails during straightaways because 700c tires are too advantageous. If only the courses were slightly more rugged and had more turns and obstacles, this would be perfect.
I couldn't tell you what's its worth. I don't think I'd sell it at this point unless the price was right :)
