It looks to be mounted straight,
@fizzy.bleach it just seems that one pad is always sat considerably lower than the other, both on their lowest points

The return is based on a spring and ratchet system based on each deraileur,
the ratchet on the rear mech gives the "clicks" that would not have been there previously with a normal hydraulic system,
Also the system doesn't have any large reservoirs like brakes do, so bleeding should be minimal in theory,
It's taken them ages to finally bring it out, but good on them for getting it to Eurobike this year

@dapthechap just wait until you really plateau! I've had to by 0.5kg plates so i can increase the load.
I'm two weeks into a program called "bigger leaner stronger" by a guy called Mike Matthews,
Progress seems to be good so far and it's nice to be concentrating on strength again, So far my important ones are:Bench - 85KG
Squat 110Kg
OH press - 57.5kg
Deadlift - 117.5kgI'm at 76kg at the moment, but i'm eating more to nudge it up a bit

Any of you folks tried the low "fodmap" approach?
I'm finding I bloat up with almost everything i eat (i'm dairy free and coelliac already)
Problem is i love cooking so onions and garlics get used a lot and I also tend to eat a fairly standard gymrat lunch of two Grilled chicken breasts and a head of broccoli.I think it could be worth trying as my weight tends to stay about the same, but the discomfort of the bloating is causing em to struggle to eat enough to train properly. What do we think?
(TL:DR) - "FODMAP" diet, worth a go or hippy bullsh*t?
Swift sold!
Fair bit of interest on the Bryton so I've made a price drop!
