Yeah it is legit, BEFORE it was recovered I tried to get them to cancel it. BEFORE I got it back they deleted bids instead. AFTER I got it back and the auction had ended I wasn't happy with the fact that potential price changing bids had been deleted so I REFUNDED the winning bidder and CANCELLED the TRANSACTION the listing had ended at this point, there was no listing to cancel. Hope that clears it up for you.

Please don't assume. I didn't disclose what happened as I didn't feel a need to but looks like I'm going to have to, a few days before the auction ended the bike was stolen, it was recovered quite quickly afterwards but when it went I let eBay know to delete the auction but instead they deleted some of the bids because that's apparently what I asked them to do, so naturally I feel cheated out of what it could have gone up to.

For sale is an early Major Nichols track frame which I believe to be quite rare, it is composed of 531 tubing, has nervex lugs, and also features chater-lea track dropouts, the seat tube measures 58cm(23") and the top tube measures 57cm.
The frameset is in need of refinishing and I am currently halfway through stripping the paint but have decided not to continue with the refinishing as I do not have the time or money alongside studying.
Beneath the bad paint job pictured i have found the original paint to have been enamel white with red lug lining.
the Frame is structurally completely sound, no dents, cracks or bends, just a horrible paint job!
For this piece of history I am looking for £210 posted or £195 if collected, I'm based in Nottinghamshire.
Thanks
I thought doing that sells the item to the current highest bidder? will know for future reference i guess
