You can buy in Wallington for that, probably a good size one bedroom, it's bland and a bit shit but it's 25m from London bridge, 35m from Victoria. It's got essential shops plus extra, there's a place down the road called carshalton that's genuinely pretty nice and has loads of pubs some of which are excellent. There's loads of parks. If they're ever likely to go into supported accommodation then they can find loads of that in the area too.

Noticed one of my pedals had gone wobbly, lbs was selling nukeproof nylons for £20 so bought some, didn't really pay attention to how I was going to attach my straps (which bolted into my old pedals)

There was nowhere to bolt them so I laced up the bolt holes with paracord

I've ordered some Chicago screws to replace the paracord

They specialise in engineering and carpentry tools but have a normally huge selection of everything for very little money, the other day I got a decent big self locking wrench and a full set of high quality extra long Allen keys that have a mountable handle from v smol to fucking huge and it was like tenner.

It's close to getting turned into a single speed with rigid forks tbh because I don't ride it off road and on road it feels like a boat

I only put stickers on one of my bikes and it's kind of full, so these ones are waiting to go on. I'm putting 2 other bikes together slowly at the moment and the pink and white LFGSS ones only will go on their respective forks

They're 80mm but it's the smallest frame, the alfine (which this was before previous owner turned it into 1x10) all came with 80mm I think and it was the 2x10 and 1x10 that came with 100mm in all other sizes
