Giro Chamber II MTB shoes size 42, take two-bolt cleats. Literally never been worn outside - I stupidly took off all the labels and fitted cleats before realising my Lego man-style square feet (short but broad) are too wide for them. The only marking is some small traces of the anti-seize I put on the cleat bolts (cleats not included) around the bolt holes. £50 including postage to UK.
Would suit someone without Lego-man feet, good for MTB or commuting.

For sale, my Pearson Mine Goes to Eleven bought in 2015. Selling as I want to turn one of my two road bikes into a mountain bike, one in one out.
The bike is lived-in but in good condition. I've ridden about 5,500 kms on it; it has minor scratches from mudguards, saddlebag rubbing on the seat post etc. No major crashes.
The spec:
- Size small. I'm 172cms / 5'8", at the upper end of small (or the lower end of a medium, which was the other option). Pearson's recommendation was to go for the small to accommodate my rather crap flexibility, hence the steerer has plenty of room for shortening if you so choose (yes, yes, mock me now). So I would say it suits someone my height or smaller. Let me know if you would like particular measurements
- Note the seat post is integrated, so adjustment downwards will require the removal of spacers or ultimately trimming the the seat post. There looks to be about 5mm of upwards possible if you add a spacer - I have a few spares
- Ultegra 6870-series Di2 derailleurs, shifters and brakes
- 52 / 36 Rotor chainrings, Ultegra 11-28 cassette
- Rotor 3D+ single-sided power meter. Ant+ but no bluetooth
- Dura Ace C24 clincher wheels
- SMP Composit saddle
- Battery charger, cable connection tools and a few Di2 spares
£500, collection from West Yorkshire near Wakefield / Huddersfield only - no shipping. Bank transfer or Paypal on collection please. I hope this is fair for an old-ish but excellent spec bike

Garmin Fenix 6 Pro, 46mm case (the middle-sized one). NOT the solar, NOT the sapphire.
Had it for 2 1/2 years and worn a lot, so as you can see from the photos there are a few marks on the case surround. The screen isn't scratched and it all works perfectly. £160 posted.
Original black rubber strap included, charging cable included which I think is the original Garmin one but can't completely swear to it - usual drawer-full-of-nearly-identical wires scenario.
Selling as I had a rush of blood to the head and just got the new Epix.

The application of regulations for high rise buildings has been on the whole, good but there has been almost no scrutiny of medium rise buildings and this is where the scandal will truly get going.
Yes. Also lenders are flocking towards risk-aversion and pushing EWS1 wider and wider - and since it's (currently) a lender-controlled thing there's nothing to stop them asking for it and declining to lend without it. There are going to be some very tough times on the housing market because until something gets lenders in a position where medium rise is seen as low risk again, there's little incentive for them to enable the market. And the same goes for everyone else: no reason for an EWS1 assessor to do anything perceived as "taking a chance", no reason for a lender, no reason for an insurer, surveyor etc etc.
-
Indeed. It was originally intended to be for buildings over 18m only, but it's ultimately at the discretion of the lender.
I'm on the RTM board of our building, which has just had a B2 EWS1 so in effect no one can sell or remortgage until it's resolved. Timescales for that are, realistically, 12 months even on a fairly hopeful view. It's all an absolute shit show, and the government are stuck because they have no real process to fix the problem but nor can they just say "everyone ignore the risks and let's pretend Grenfell never happened"
BTW it's not only cladding that's the problem; our building has polystyrene insulation under render on two walls and that's what's knackered us

Anyone interested in a v1 pair of Beoplay E8 wireless earphones for £75? Note these are NOT the v2s which have the wireless charging storage box, they charge via USB.
For whatever genetic-failure ear-shape freakery reason I didn't get on with them and don't use them, but they are in good condition, original box and leads etc.
Collect from Hoxton / Shoreditch or will post for an extra £5.

And 80% of our economy is services anyway. If I were running a European law firm, or consultancy, or IT firm, or financial services I'd be seeing plucky Blighty ruling itself out of competition with me as huge opportunity not a problem.
I imagine the French and Germans will cope with a shortage of cheddar, Marmite and pot noodles.
Although that is admittedly the breakfast of champions.

I'm wanting to upgrade a bike that has 105 10-speed front and rear mech to 11 speed Ultegra mechanical. Anyone foresee a compatibility problem with the GXP BB and cranks?
It currently has rotor chainrings, assuming the crank can remain unchanged do you reckon I can get away with keeping them or are new chainrings needed?

Park PRS-20 work stand for sale, £50, collection from Shoreditch / Hoxton. Sorry, no shipping.
Used and a little grubby but no faults; you can't break these things, when the meteorite hits Hoxton the only things left will be the cockroaches and my workstand. It's very heavy and a slightly awkward shape so if you want this you might want to consider your means of transport - trying to ride with it would be like trying to cycle with a small cannon strapped to your back.
Photos below. Thanks

For sale, Lake MX177 wide-fit size 42 MTB (two-bolt cleat) shoes. £25 + postage (likely to be around £8)
Not massively used, selling as I have switched to flats on the MTB. If you struggle with squished feet, these are amazing; the Lake wide-fit stuff are the most comfortable cycling shoes I've ever had. But as I've switched to flat pedals I've no further use for these. They're a little muddy but otherwise in good condition. If I have a criticism, it's that with only a single Boa they tend to tension around the top of the foot but less around the toe area, but then you pay another £100 to get the model with a second Boa....
