PRICE DROP, NOW £300
Hi Everyone,
Not been on this forum for a while, actually the last time I was on here was the last time I rode this bike, it has been unused hence the sale. It's a large, I think 59 cm Nelson Pista, it fits me well and I'm 6'3", 190 cm. So I guess a large one!
It has been built up well.
Halo to Mavic cxp33 wheels. Did some fancy lacing on the front wheel, check the pictures.
SRAM s300 cranes with a Hope BB, and a gebhardt 47t chainring
Rear sprocket is 19t.
It has one of those lightweight planet x callipers with a doubler to some shimano 600 levers.
The stem is a thomson elite.
It comes with some spa's but also with flats and cages if you want them.
I'll also throw in my remaining tubes for this thin wheels, think there are 4.I'd like -£350- now £300 for it. This is a great fun fast bike to ride around London.
Pick up in Peckham is preferred, but I could be tempted to ride it into central for a last outing if you want to meet there.Sad to not be riding this, but I'm constrained to either a christiania or the single speed touring bike for commuting nowadays.
I can get more photos, details, just ask.

Got some stuff hanging around that's never going to do anything but hang around...
First some SPD shoes I made from some high tops and some old SPD shoes soles, but annoyingly they're the wrong size. I'm an 11 and these ended up a 10. I did them really well, much better than my previous 3 attempts, but they don't fit. Have fun with them if they fit you!!!
Then other things
SRAM 48t 3/32 chainring from a S900 chains.
S0me brand new cant brake blocks - wrong fitting do'h
Some old platform pedals for a beater
A helmet visor (maybe the bin for this - I hate visors)
Two kryptonite lock holders, complete with the bit that goes on the lock.Pick up from Peckham - preference to someone who will take the lot!

Can I get some advice on some spd/flat pedals please?
I've been looking at the vavert ones:
http://www.evanscycles.com/products/vavert/combination-pedals-ec045532which at 392g are much lighter than any shimano ones. They are also cheaper.
Is there any reason I should steer clear of them?

Yeh the rack is ace, though I keep wandering if I can bend it so that it mounts on the low rider braze ons and then I can have low riders too? I'd need a pipe bender though. One day maybe.
For the bad it's something like, get a mail bag, unpick everything, fold it to be the right shape, sew it back up, sew on straps. But actually sew in a liner as the mail bag material isn't totally waterproof.

Here is my current pompetamine setup. Really enjoying it. The fork is a thorn disc fork and it's so much nice to attach guards and racks to than the old p2. it also has the correct length steerer, woohoo. It's the low trail version which may or may not improve things with the front rack, but I haven't got the other fork so I can't really compare
yes I know the tape is a mess, I did it on the train whilst on the way to dover and I can't be arse to do it again. I also need new cables as they are too short. Really want to go touring again.

Still no interest. If I get the time I might split it. Had enough interest in individual parts to make the full price I was looking for.
Anyone want to make me an offer and save me the bother?
