Bought these jeans just before Christmas and wore them twice before deciding they are a little too tight for me. I have other 32W Levis jeans which fit well so I would say these do fit a little small.

Rodolfo is right - especially with the front being south facing. Connect front to back to allow as much sunlight through as possible - probably the east side as kitchen/breakfast as suggested.Also keeping the connection straight through the hallway to the back and beyond will allow some more natural light in there and potentially a view through when you come in the front door.
Extension 1 could make a good boot room, being a farm, and the toilet could work there if accessed from it.If you went open plan with the living rooms you reduce flexibility, although it could be a great space. Personally I'm a big fan of a 'snug' but its debatable.

I wasn't going to post this as it was eventually resolved and I gave @James. a very large benefit of doubt, but as other people have had problems...
I got myself stupidly into a situation where I had paid twice for an item (don't ask) and James promised a refund of one payment of course. The item arrived safely and as described. James then went silent and did not respond to messages for about 10 days despite the profile page showing forum activity, so I escalated a paypal claim and after another 10 days got the warranted refund.
It was only after this that I realised the seller can send a refund before the payment has actually cleared and having never got an explanation I would say it was quite dishonest behaviour.
This was a few months ago and I won't be arguing about it at all, just getting it out there.

Once you escalate the claim it takes 10 days for Paypal to step in and decide, assuming the seller hasn't posted the item or offered a refund before then.
