What gear would you recommend for the endurance SQT? Would a 48x15 be too short? If I could avoid having to change the chainring to a 49t or 50t I would really prefer that...
What exercises do they do in sprint SQT?
And what gear inches would you recommend? I normally train/race HHV with a 92, but have tried an 88 and 90 and I am comfortable with either, I just prefer 90 for sprints and 92 for scratch/others.
paul1984, how did you get that UK accreditation stamp on your BC license?
When I passed my accreditation they said it would be associated with my Lee Valley membership number and I asked 'what about BC license' and they didn't know...
I passed my stage 3, I am just wondering if the Skills Session which is a 2 hour session for stage 2 and 3 accredited riders involves any of the skills tested in stage4.
I turned up 5 minutes LATE for my session. Luckily they were very accomodating. I had to hire bike and shoes too. I just got changed as the instructor reminded everyone how to ride a bike and got ready in time to join the group at the fence.
