Hi guys, found out that my Dawes Audax had been stolen from inside my building in Hoxton yesterday. Any advice or spots welcome - will be trooping down to Brick Lane tomorrow..
Full description and pic atttached:
Grey/green Dawes Audax 631
Fulcrum Racing 7 wheelset
Silver Shim 105 groupset
Black handlebar tape, black Charge Spoon saddle and a lightweight rack on the back for when she carried me across Europe :(I've attached a slightly old pic - looks much the same but without mudguards. Nightmare. Reposted here as hadn't seen this thread before
Thanks for any help

Hey guys
I built this up as a bit of procrastination and now I'm selling it partly because after a brief foray into fixed I have realised I prefer riding with a freewheel, and partly to be able to afford rent / dinner next month.
Having bought a new 58 Pre Cursa frame I built it up from scratch. It's covered maybe 50 miles. Here's some info about parts:
- Miche Primato crankset, with 50t chainring, both barely used
- Condor 17t fixed sprocket, new
- Campagnolo bottom bracket, 1.370 x 24
- Miche Xpress rear wheel
- Schwalbe Durano tyres, one new, one covered a bit of distance but in good nick
- Shimano R500 front wheel (covered lots of miles but in very good nick, true and spins well)
- Shimano Sora front break, new
- Alpina headset, seatpost, seatclamp, all new
- Profile Design airwing handlebars, a bit cosmetically scuffed
- Dia Compe bar end brakes (one installed, will provide other one too)
- 3T stem, 90mm
- Specialized Langster carbon forks, decent condition
- MKS Sylvan pedals
It rides really well, stiff and fast. I'm 6'2 and the Pre Cursa's tight track geometry fits me well. I'm looking for £400 which is basically what it cost me to build. Let me know if you think that's ridiculous though.
Welcome to come for a test ride round Shoreditch.

Hey y'all. Having ridden something a little smaller around recently, I've realised my cherished Dawes frame is actually quite a bit too big for me. So it's with sadness that I put it up for sale.
It is the 2011 model Dawes Audax LE (Limited Edition), with double-butted Reynolds 631 steel. Rides beautifully - irons out all of the bumps. Has mudguard eyelets and bosses for panniers. Lovely for touring. Sold with Dawes 3k carbon bladed fork and FSA orbit headset.
Sizing:
C-T 60
TT 59.5
Headtube 18.5
Weight: 2.8kgIt's in good condition - a few little cosmetic scuffs as you'd expect from a tourer. There is one 1.5cm paint chip on the top tube - this can be seen in the photos. Never crashed.
The bike is built up but I am NOT SELLING anything except the frameset. You're welcome to come and give it a test ride - I'm based in Shoreditch.
This frameset sold new for £550. I'd be happy with
£400£350 but let me know if you think that's too steep.Photos:

Hi all, I’m selling a small job lot of old or unwanted parts:
Black risers (25.4 clamp size), a bit scratched. Will throw in some orange bar grips if you want them. £10
Gold seatpost (25.4), has a few zig zag seatpost scratches but not a disaster. £10
Pair of Shimano Exage brake levers (to fit 23.8-24.2), slightly worn, work fine. £10
Simplex drivetrain components: downtube levers, front and rear derailleurs. Nb one cog in rear mech will need replacing. £10 for the lot
