TL;DR, you can try SRAM wide cranks if you need gravel sized chainrings. Funny BB systems but readily available everywhere. Can be used with normal chains.
Some BB386 cranks may work too

They don't sell Eagle cassettes smaller than 50. Or bigger XPLR than 44. You need AXS chain, cassette and derailleur, same for Eagle so it's not really possible to be swapping just cassettes

AXS stuff works great, gearing is good but I'd rather have the MTB derailleur with a big cassette to allow for a bigger chainring and still having a really low gear for loaded gravel climbs etc.

Just get the chain out and try it by hand again. If it's still maxed out maybe the chainline is not good.

I find classic bars really comfortable, just drop your levers to an almost horizontal position.

I guess it will be SRAM AXS like if they ever want to compete in the MTB and gravel segment. They put all their chips in powering e-bikes I guess and that market is really competitive RN

Disassemble all, including shifters, and bath it in penetrating oil. Change inners AND outers, put it all back together, replace worn out drivetrain parts. If a derailleur is too far gone is worth replacing, even if you get it back moving it will rust again.

Water will eventually make it's way inside the bearings. Be careful washing the bike, avoid river crossing, but salty roads will still kill it.

Jagwire or SRAM are decent if you really need one.

I use whatever I have at hand, never had a problem. Normally I'd top up only if I change tyres or go bikepacking so anything I used before it's dry anyways.

I recall having the exact same problem once with a SLX derailleur. No I wasn't unwinding it, first thing one checks after the spring pops out. Sadly can't remember what I was doing wrong or how I solved it.

I don't think the TT shifters are wireless, wiring a Speedmax is a bit of a mission. Good luck

Not sure anyone will bother if you don't have proof of purchasing. Even then I'd charge for all time lost unless you're a good customer, shimano doesn't compensate the shop

Won't use a tubeless road tyre ever with tubes (or without) if there's any other options.
