like the fizik arione. very comfortable and best saddle that i have used. like that it is quite long so that you can move up and down the saddle at the back for when going up a hill and move to the front for when on the rivet.

use time road peadals the rxr ones and they seem really good but dont rate the i click.

have been using the lezyne zecto front light throughout the winter and have the usb recharging really useful on it and defiantly gets you seen. excellent value bought it for £22

use 165 cranks on the track or when you are on the banking your peadal could hit it.

get a specialized they are really comfortable and light but are quite expensive.

defiantly go for tubulars on the track they make a big difference with rolling resistance and you can pump them up to much higher pressure.

i use a brooks or a fizik saddle and get on well with them fine.
