Is it 58cm head tube or top tube?
It's 58cm seat tube (ctc) and its 57.5cm virtual top tube I believe.
In repsonse to Tom about the Dolan, during a holiday a had a sudden change of heart so I'm after something slightly different but I am still kind of interested. PM me with details / offer and we can discuss it there.
UPDATE: I'd like to swap the complete bike (f&f will be considered) for a 'vinatge' (a bit unsure on the style name sorry:)) Something like a Moser, Reynolds, tokyo fixed etc anything that style.
Id also sell the complete bike for £550 o.no

I'd never really gotten the chance to observe bikes up close.
I don't know any body that rides, most bike shops don't have a huge selection of stock in store if at all. So the Internet was my best friend when looking and a lot of these 'vintage' bikes just looked a bit too skinny for me where as the other style I mentioned seemed really appealing. It wasn't till the other day that I really got to see some nice vintage frames up close and my god are they nice. And I'll give those things you said a look up, thanks for the advice

I'm currently in Thailand and after seeing a lot of bikes up close and so fourth I believe ive found a new love.
I still have a soft spot for the hipster bikes but I believe I want a classic road bike or track bike?Dont really no much about them but, f moser's, panasonics frames and something beginning with C, colonago or something?
They are absolutely gorgeous, I'd never seen many face to face.
Any tips on what frames to look for in that style?
Looks like I've got to go and read loads about this style of bike nowAlso, sorry if I ask silly questions. I'm new to this

Okay, as the bikes I seem to be after are classed as "fashionable" bikes, any advice?
Looking to commute around Birmingham for fitness and for fun, trying out fixed for the first time.I'd love a bmc tr02 but we can all dream.
Any thoughts on the Dolan track champion? Another frame I was afterEdit: also the giant omnium

Ha, okay. Makes sense I guess
Not sure if I should be offended or not. While I agree, the leader and aventon could easily be classed as fashionable, surely there's a little respect for the Fuji and bianchi? Or have I got this whole single speed fixed thing wrong?
Nothing wrong with wanting a bike that does the job plus you like the looks of it, is there?

Hi guys,
Just got my first fixed gear, i haven't rode in ages so my fitness and muscle strength isn't that good.So as Im just getting used to riding fixed (an interesting / fun sensation) what gear ratio would you advise? The bike currently has 48/15 on it and from what I've read this might be a bit high to start off with? I was thinking of either going 44/15 or 48/17?
Any opinions would be really appreciated, sorry if i come off a bit clueless Im new to this and don't know that much yet :)
