That is a really lovely rig chap, and IMO, still one of the nicest riding lugged steel frames. MX-Leaders in that paint scheme were like hens teeth. Whoever decides to take a chance on this won't be disappointed. GLWS

I’d be really grateful if you could add what one might consider a ‘normal’ side of shot showing the whole frame and fork in one image. A bit like the first image on this eBay listing for a Seven frame.

Whether your image is taken with the frame side down on the living room floor and then shot from above, or taken with the F&F leaning up a against a wall I think you’d have a much better chance of selling this. Normally one would photograph the ‘drive side’ (so front of the frame is pointing to the right).

No offence is intended whatsoever, just trying to help.

I’m bumping this for sale listing as I’ve now found the Enve brass nipples and Enve specific grey pads (Shimano) these rims require. FWIW my plan was to have these laced onto a set of Dura Ace 9000 hubs but instead bought some Corima WS carbon tubulars.

I’m selling the rims, Dura Ace hubs, Enve brass nipples and Enve grey pads for £999 shipped to a UK address (using a Parcelforce courier service - not Hermes or Yodel). Laced up with your preferred spokes these could make for a really nice build (think neo classic 90’s steel rig such as a De Rosa Neo Primato, Merckx MXL or Pinarello Stelvio, etc)

Bit of a long shot but wondered if anyone on here has ever purchased Rene Herse handlebars from a UK based (or EU based) store?

I’m after a set of the Maes Parallel bars but other than Velovitality down in Brighton, don’t recall ever finding a store this side of the pond that sells Rene Herse products

Pitted cups? That’s an expensive fix if you don’t have the cup extractor and press (cyclus tools make a cheap-ish set).

If I didn’t have multiple wheelsets built with these hubs I’d have bought this set in a heart beat.

Great set of wheels there. Those pre-2006 hubs are so bloomin’ good and totally user friendly. It’s a real shame Campag stopped producing these. I’ve got several wheel sets built using the same hubs and will say I don’t think the newer black record hubs are manufactured using as good quality materials (ie freehub body).

I've searched the house, loft and garage thoroughly but can't find the bag of brass nipples and bits they came with. Sale is for one pair of rims only.

Selling a one pair of Enve '45' carbon rims, 700c clinchers. They are new although there is a small storage mark on one as shown in the last photo. Price reflects this. Both are 28 hole.
