Thanks! It does have the Risse shock. A tentative push on the front and rear and the shocks are moving freely. The head shock was one bit that worries me so it’s good to know it can be replaced.

It’s been well looked after, a few bashes and scratches. But in general the paint is still sound and looks great in the sunlight.

I have my wife’s SuperV Raven which has spent the last few years in a cellar then a shed. We’d like to get it into a rideable state but I’m aware that the head shock might be tricky to work with. Anyone got experience of these bikes and have any advice on working on them. Or can recommend any London/Essex based bike shops that would know how to look after this properly. Any help or advice appreciated!

I’ve always liked Khan Academy for learning subjects. They’ve got loads of children’s content though I’m not sure how well it maps to U.K. curriculum.

I do. But my v2 needs a fork :) I don’t use the v3 one as it’s brakeless.

I see they’re doing forks separately. I’m tempted by one for my V2, I’ve got the fork from my V3 I can use on it but I prefer not to ride brakeless these days.
