With Nitromors, the key is to apply shit loads, everywhere, and use steel wool to scrub like crazy. Did my aluminium sintesi frame with it this summer and got it to come out pretty lovely and shiny in the end!

I was wondering if paint stripper might damage the glue in the joints, or maybe damage the aluminium. Anodising sounds good, but i'd need to investigate the cost as this is a bit of a budget build.

Yeah I'm glad I went for this size in the end, it seems to fit me pretty well.

For sure! I'd go for a large as I'm 6 foot tall, but that said at the moment I'm riding a bike with about 35cm of seatpost showing (frame is tiny!). Love the build, if it were mine I'd probably use different bars, a sleeker saddle and non clipping pedals, apart from that it's awesome (and obviously those parts are just my taste).

£552 is good price for modern 11 speed groupset.
Cheaper than Ultegra 6800.
