If you can handle it (lots of 'bro-ness'), this video series explores some of the intricacies that are impacting MSTR price in relation to BTC (and why they think mNAV is about to explode): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I16llak_IS4&ab_channel=QuantBros

Yes hopefully. Feel a bit daft having only just learned I could move a pension into a new SIPP and buy international shares, as if I'd known I'd have done it months ago (when I bought MSTR in my shares ISA).
Big chance of MSTR inclusion into some weighty index funds next year so still feels relatively early with a long enough time horizon...

Depends where you work. In professional services, you are now allowed to accept very little, things like meals, gifts and corporate hospitality have been cut way back and are subject to pre-approval and very strict monetary limits, offers to pay for travel/accommodation costs are generally verboten.
Yes, and the key word here is 'accept'. Much of what's listed isn't used, but the rules require it's catalogued and assigned a monetary value (glasses and suits notwithstanding).
Although if I'm honest, I'd rather Keir looked peng in nice suits and designer glasses. Man's got a big job on.

The fact that client journos have been able to so easily play us all with this shit is truly sad. Comparing gifts (at no cost to the tax payer) with the rampant dishonest and self-serving behaviour we've seen in the last 14 years is madness. We deserve everything we get.
Do you think the majority of things listed were requested? Or could be stopped? Step into any commercial office anywhere on the planet and you'll find stacks of unsolicited shite / tickets / invites / hospitality offers that have come through the door. Compiling a list of what you received doesn't equate to condoning it.

Sunak came across terribly (shocker), and given the reaction today, I reckon the "no national service = no driving licence" gaff could have properly lost it for him. The "shame on you" chants were pure joy.
I did think Bruce was unnecessarily pushy on some points with Keir. The whole "why won't you put a number on immigration" thing was pandering to the worst elements of this election. As Keir has rightly pointed out before, the issue is too complex (and constantly changing) to be reduced to an arbitrary number. For her to keep pressing, then question how the new home numbers in their manifesto can be accurate if they "don't know how many people will be living here", was painfully reductionist.

Was really hoping there'd be something to hope for (awkward, but you know what I mean).
I hear you. Although I genuinely feel this confident, serious, non-theatrical approach is something to hope for. Or I'm just at total rock bottom from 14 years of bollocks and will literally swoon at anything / anyone that's not a privately educated banker cosplaying as a human.

10 days left on the kickstarter for this. They'll need a few more pledges to make this beautiful book a reality, so get your orders in. A very decent xmas gift for any climber / hillgoer, I'd say!

Thanks (and @Well_is_it & @Muppetteer). Basically the confirmation bias I was hoping for.
Anyone clued up on amp pairings for old speakers in here? I have some lovely Sony E70s that were being run on a Denon amp I inherited. This has now packed in, and it feels time to get a replacement. Would 'anything' do? Or is it worth getting something decent? Mostly used for streaming through a bluetooth receiver, so not in the market for major audiophilia. Cheers!
