Hello,
Just cleaning house and getting rid of some old/new parts:
Mavic Cosmic Elite Rear wheel - £free
Had some real issues with the hub. It would vibrate when free wheeling after a few miles, probably due to bearings heating up. Tried to replace the free hub but this didn’t fix the issue, probably because I needed to replace the entire hub. Tbh think I did more damage trying to fix it... Anyway, rear wheel is only good for rim and spokes but I’ll include everything. I removed decals.Mavic Cosmic Elite Front wheel - £30
Absolutely fine. Bought as a replacement but not really used. I removed decals. Loads of life left in brake tracks.New mavic free hub body -£20
Niche part which someone might be interested in. I purchased from sigma for £45 in an attempt to fix the rear wheel (above) but it didn’t help so this has only seen one loop around the block.Pick up from Archway N19.

Hello all,
Selling my C40 I bought on here a few years back. 57cm square.
https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/257487/#comment11923072I had to make a lot of improvements to the spec I received. Unfortunately the steerer tube on the original forks were cracked so had to replace them immediately just with Columbus minimal. I still have the original forks which I think can be fixed professionally. These will be included.
Handle bars and stem are Zipp SL corsa. Replaced the headset with Chris King no threadset. Original Colnago seatpost. Fizik Arione VS Saddle.
Curiosity got the better of me and I replaced the DA7800 (a lot of the components were fried) with new Force 22. Think I prefer the shifting of Shimano but it has been a great upgrade. Compact (50/34) 11spd (11/32).
Cosmics very recently replaced. New wheels have seen about 15 miles riding since being built up for £375. DT350 hubs on Kinlin XR 22T rims. Sapim race spokes. Apologies for the tires...
Really nice frame as people who have ridden Colnago C series bikes will know. There are some chips on the frame and wear which is pretty much unavoidable over 20 years. Nothing serious, no cracks.
Look pedals won’t be included but will provide some Shimanos .
Struggling to price this one, spent a lot of money on it so will go £1,500 ONO. (Now £1,200)
Let me know if there are any questions. Collection only (for now). Located Archway, North London.

Just to answer some questions I've had on the groupset.
- The cranks are 175mm
- Bottom bracket is Italian threaded (without actually checking, assumed as it was in the colnago)
- not sure why I wrote campagnolo edition! Brain fart I guess. Colnago 50yr anniversary edition is what I meant but you probably all guessed that.

Hello all,
I upgraded my groupset on my C40 I bought on here a couple of years back (https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/257487/#comment11923072)
Since then, I have replaced (due to wear):
Chain rings with DA7800 52:39
Cassette with DA7900 10spd 11:27
Front derailleur
Brake callipersThe rear derailleur is the campagnolo 50 year anniversary edition. It shifts perfectly but is scratched, see photos. Similar goes for the shifters which include cables. The only non-DA7800/900 part is the BB which is 105 5700.
Otherwise the set is in great condition (I probably could have polished it slightly better...) and works like a dream, it annoyingly shifts as well as my brand new groupset.
Includes the cable guides (may not fit your build) and a 10spd DA7900 chain with about half life left.
Looking for £320 ONO due to the recent replacements. Pick up from Holloway, London N7. I work near Finsbury square, Moorgate area for daytime pick up. I'd prefer not to post.
PM as usual and don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Good morning,
Technically not for sale as I'm giving it away free. The rim is severely worn but not in a consistent way so braking is seriously affected.
It shouldn't be used in its current state but I assume there's someone who will take value from the skewers, hub or spokes(?). And it's nice to give back to the community (brownnosemuch?)
It was taken off the c40 I bought on here a while back so it has seen some serious mileage.
Pick up N7, near Holloway Road tube station.

For some reason I can't see any posts from 2velo at all, including our private messages.
Anywho, the bike arrived and it's in great condition. 2velo was so helpful and patient even when I entered my birthday incorrectly and screwed the money transfer. Plus, he responded to all my emails almost immediately . The bike was packaged so well! (sorry I yelled that) every inch had foam zip tied to it.
He's selling a lot on here so I hope people read this because it seems like he's getting a bad rep, undeservedly. Bump
